Give your customers a self-service portal on your domain where they can log in to reschedule, request additional work, or cancel appointments. Requests flow into your dashboard for approval. Pro includes up to 100 client accounts and Expert includes unlimited client accounts.

Advanced client portal

The Expert client portal adds one-tap sign-up and login with Google, Apple, or Facebook, live job status with estimated arrival and completion times, the ability for customers to add notes, photos, and other details to a job, and a complete history of the work you have done for them.

Custom domain email

Every plan includes professional email at your business domain, with one address per user account. Your primary address handles booking and reservation messages, so we recommend a standard name such as info@ or book@yourbusiness.com. Email is available in your portal and works with popular email apps like Outlook, Apple Mail, and Gmail. Extra addresses and forwarding to an existing inbox are available as add-ons.

Automated reminders

Customers automatically receive reminders ahead of their appointment with the time, address, and anything they need to prepare. On Pro and Expert, reminders can also go out by text message.

Text-message appointment management

Send confirmations and reminders by text, and let customers reply to confirm, reschedule, or cancel. Replies are logged against the appointment in your dashboard automatically.

Text-message campaigns & surveys

Send targeted promotions, seasonal reminders (like spring cleanups or furnace tune-ups), and quick satisfaction surveys by text to your customer list, with opt-in management and results tracked in your dashboard. Included on Pro and Expert, available as a $49/mo add-on for Basic and Advanced, or as a $99/mo standalone product.

Online payments at booking

Let customers pay a deposit or the full amount right when they book. We connect Stripe by default, and we can support other payment processors at your request. Included on Expert and available as a $49/mo add-on for every other plan.

Custom invoice generation

Turn a completed job into a branded invoice in seconds, pre-filled with the customer, line items, and totals. Send it by email or text and track what has been paid. Included on Pro and Expert and available as a $24/mo add-on or standalone product.

Expense tracking

Photograph receipts, log materials and mileage, and assign expenses to jobs so you can see real profit per job. Included on Pro and Expert and available as a $24/mo add-on or standalone product.

Bookkeeping

Invoices, payments, and expenses are categorized automatically into a simple set of books, with profit-and-loss and summary reports you can hand straight to your accountant.

Advanced AI features

A suite of AI assistants that draft replies to customer messages, summarize jobs and notes, suggest follow-ups and upsells, and surface trends in your bookings and revenue.

External tool integration

We connect the platform to software you already rely on, such as bookkeeping or payroll software, diagnostic software, an existing project management platform, external calendars, or POS software and terminals. The tool must offer an API, import/export capability, or an interface our AI agent can interact with. Pro includes one integration and Expert includes two. Custom AI-powered tools

We design and build AI-powered tools around your trade and workflow. Examples include load and wire-size calculators for electricians, code references for builders, materials and tool checklists, route-optimized day planners for landscapers, photo-based paint estimators for painters, and multimedia diagnostic assistants for mechanics. Expert includes three custom tools. More are available on any plan for $299 setup plus $99/mo each.

Employee & shift management

Create weekly shift schedules for every employee and crew, track who is working where, and let team members post coverage requests that coworkers can pick up. Managers approve swaps in one tap, and everyone gets notified when the schedule changes.

User accounts

Each plan includes a set number of user accounts: Basic includes 1, Advanced includes 2 (owner plus one employee), Pro includes up to 5 (owner plus four employees), and Expert includes unlimited accounts. Each account includes its own business email address. Only one active session is permitted per account at a time, so every team member needs their own login. Additional accounts are $49 per user per month.

Priority support & success manager

Expert customers get priority handling on every support request, plus a dedicated success manager who helps with onboarding, suggests improvements, and plans new custom tools with you.

Add more addresses at your business domain for departments or purposes, like billing@, estimates@, or careers@yourbusiness.com.
