1.Our commitment

Your data is yours to trust us with, not ours to trade. Bizy Business Solutions LLC, a New York limited liability company ("BizyBusiness," "we," "us"), keeps the information you and your customers provide completely private. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for profit or otherwise.

The only time information leaves our systems is when sharing a specific piece of it is necessary to perform a function you have asked for, such as delivering an email, sending a text message, or generating an AI-assisted estimate. Those situations are listed in full in Section 5.

This policy applies to BizyBusiness.com, the BizyBusiness client portal and admin tools, and the websites, booking systems, and tools we build and operate for our clients.

2.Information we collect

Information you give us

Account information: your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in readable form).
Business information: business name, trade, phone number, address, website, domain, and service description.
Billing contact information: billing name, billing email, billing address, and the plan and add-ons you select.
Support and communication records: support tickets, replies, consultation requests, and emails sent to info@BizyBusiness.com.
Uploaded content: photos, videos, captions, and other files you upload for social media or website use.
Service credentials: logins for third-party accounts we manage on your behalf, which are stored encrypted (see Section 6).

Information we process on behalf of our clients

When we operate a website, booking system, or tool for a client business, that business's own customers may submit information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, appointment details, photos, job descriptions, payment details, and invoice records. We process this information only to provide services to that client business, as described in Section 9.

Information collected automatically

A secure session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Privacy-friendly, aggregated website analytics (such as page views and general device type) that do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising.
Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) used for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.

3.How we use information

To create and secure your account and verify who you are when you sign in.
To build, host, operate, and support the website, tools, and services you subscribe to.
To respond to consultation requests, support tickets, and other messages.
To manage billing, subscriptions, and account records.
To manage the Google Business Profile, Maps listing, and social media accounts you have asked us to manage.
To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, and abuse.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your information, or your customers’ information, to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to market third-party products to you.

4.We never sell your data

BizyBusiness does not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal information, including the personal information of our clients’ customers, to any third party for money or any other valuable consideration.

We do not share personal information with data brokers, advertisers, or marketing networks. No mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5.When information is shared with service providers

Some features cannot work without passing specific information to a specialized service provider. In each case below, we share only the information needed for that function, the provider processes it to perform that function for us, and we choose providers that maintain strong security practices. The specific providers may change as we improve our services.

Website hosting and infrastructure: our websites and applications run on cloud hosting infrastructure (currently Vercel), which processes web requests, including IP addresses, to deliver pages securely.
Database hosting: account, business, and client records are stored in a managed, encrypted cloud database (currently Neon).
File storage: uploaded photos, videos, and documents are stored in private, access-controlled cloud file storage (currently Vercel Blob).
Artificial intelligence features: when you or your customers use AI-assisted booking, instant estimates, diagnostics, code-compliance references, applicant sorting, or custom AI tools, the relevant text, photos, or files are sent to an AI model provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI, typically routed through the Vercel AI Gateway) to generate a response.
Email delivery: when email is sent or received on your behalf, including confirmations, reminders, cancellation links, invoices, and custom-domain mailboxes, recipient addresses and message content are processed by an email provider (such as Resend, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Zoho Mail).
Text messaging: appointment reminders, text-message appointment management, and text-message campaigns and surveys require sending phone numbers and message content to a messaging provider (such as Twilio) and to the wireless carriers that deliver the messages.
Payment processing: online payments at booking and invoice payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor (such as Stripe). Card numbers are entered directly with the processor and are never stored on our servers.
Maps and business listings: Google Maps listing and profile maintenance services require sharing your business name, address, hours, phone number, photos, and service details with Google.
Social media management: digital footprint and social media management services require posting your approved content and business details to the platforms you choose (such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or Nextdoor).
Domain registration: registering a domain for you requires providing registrant contact information to a domain registrar and, where required, to the public domain registry.
External tool integrations: if you ask us to connect your bookkeeping, payroll, POS, calendar, diagnostic, or project-management software, the data needed for that integration is exchanged with that software provider.
Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BizyBusiness, our clients, or others.
Business transfers: if BizyBusiness is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments in this policy.

Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and terms. When information is shared with a provider for one of the functions above, please refer to that provider’s privacy policy for details on how it handles your data. We will provide the name of any provider we use upon request.

6.How we protect information

All information we store is stored securely. Every connection to our websites is encrypted with HTTPS. Our database and file storage are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes. Third-party account credentials we manage for you are additionally encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are saved, and can be revealed only by authorized BizyBusiness administrators.

Access to client data is restricted by account and role, and is checked on our servers on every request. Uploaded files are private and can be viewed only by the account that uploaded them and authorized BizyBusiness staff. See our Security page for a full description of our safeguards.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including the New York SHIELD Act.

7.How long we keep information

We keep account and business information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services. After service ends, we may retain records for as long as necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.

Consultation requests that do not become client accounts are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

8.Your choices and rights

Access and export: you may request a copy of the data associated with your account at any time. Our Terms of Service describe the format in which data exports are provided.
Correction: you can update your business and billing details in the client portal, or ask us to correct them.
Deletion: you may ask us to delete your personal information, subject to information we must keep for legal or legitimate business reasons.
Text messages: reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts from that number. Reply HELP for help.
Email: you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in the message. Service and account emails may still be sent while your account is active.

To make a request, email info@BizyBusiness.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under their state’s privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.

9.Customers of our client businesses

If you booked an appointment, requested an estimate, received a text, or paid an invoice through a website or tool operated by one of our client businesses, that business is responsible for your information and decides how it is used. We process it only on their instructions and to provide our services to them.

For questions about your information, or to exercise your privacy rights, please contact the business directly. If you contact us, we will forward your request to the relevant business.

10.Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify active clients by email or through the client portal before the changes take effect.
